ENTRY TO LLOYD'S MARKET
I was hoping to join a graduate programme where I would learn a wide range of skills and try out different areas of the business. I found out about Lloyd's graduate scheme on the website and was particularly impressed by the breadth of opportunities offered by the different placements through the scheme.

WHAT HAVE I DONE SINCE I JOINED?
I began my time at Lloyd's working for Ratings and Investor Relations, where I carried out a competitor analysis project and supported the annual results and ratings processes. 

For the last six months I have been working on the project to make Lloyd's direct licence in China operational.  We completed the project while I was on the team, so it was exciting to see it all come together!  In particular I worked on designing an entry process for the platform and on communicating the project, including through the website and a handbook for managing agents.  It has been brilliant to gain experience on an international project.

INTERESTS (INSIDE / OUTSIDE WORK)
For the last year I have volunteered as a number partner at a local school, playing Maths games with pupils.  It is brilliant to be given time off work for volunteering.  Outside of work I also love spending time running, playing netball and dancing.
